The Progenitor Support Infantry utilizes self-propelled heavy weapons to add extra punch to the firepower of the Progenitor Infantry units. Fully deployable from Gecko IFVs, the Support Infantry can accompany other infantry units during attacks, and provide them with heavy firepower support whenever heavier assets are unavailable or unsuitable for the task at hand. On the defence, they can act on their own, packing a nasty punch against any attacker. On the bitter battlefields of the post-Nullity era, there is simply no substitute for firepower and the Support Infantry is there to provide exactly that.
