1. Payment
Payment is done through PayPal. Paypal is fast, easy, secure, hassle-free and adds the benefit of securely handling your credit card information. For those of you who don’t have a PayPal account and don’t want to create one, PayPal allows you to pay with your credit card without having an account. If you have any problem with your payment please contact us at the aforementioned e-mail address describing your problem.
2. Shipment
1. Shipment Method
Shipment is done via Registered International Airmail. For special circumstances that you need your miniatures super-fast please e-mail us so we can arrange a faster service.
2. Shipment & Handling Fee
All orders are shipped with a flat S&H fee of 8 UK Pounds Sterling worldwide regardless of destination, shipment size, weight or monetary value.
3. Shipment & Delivery Time
Shipment is due within 3 working days of the day the order is issued. If for any extraordinary event this can’t be achieved you will be notified via e-mail. Delivery time is usually between 1-2 weeks but this can greatly vary, depending on destination. Customs processing in some countries is notorious for delays especially during Christmas period so please be patient. Plasmablast Games is not responsible for delays caused by factors out of our control, such as (but not limited to) the ones mentioned above.
4. Lost Packages
Registered packages indicated in the on-line tracking machine as “delivered” will be regarded as such and we can not compensate for lost packages if they are indicated as “delivered”. For other packages that are lost, a replacement package will be sent.
3. Returns Policy
All tangible items bought at the store can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping burdens the buyer unless items are damaged or not as described prior to delivery. If items are damaged or modified in any way after delivery, returns are not accepted. Purchases of downloadable material are non-refundable.
4. Out of stock items
In the rare circumstance where a miniature is paid for but is out of stock without this being shown on the website, there are four options available:
1. Refund of missing miniature(s)
The buyer will be refunded for the amount he paid for the out of stock miniature. The rest of the order will be carried out as normal.
2. Order Cancellation
The buyer will be refunded and the order will be cancelled.
3. Delay
The buyer may choose to delay the shipment of his order until the item is re-stocked.
4. Choice of different item.
The buyer may choose to receive different item(s) of the same value as the out-of-stock item. In all cases buyers will be notified via e-mail.
5. Download Policy
You hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth below by downloading any material from this web site. Any attempt to download any material without agreeing to all of these provisions is a violation of Marios Damoulianos rights and is strictly prohibited.
